  2. Damaged Products: If a product is found to be damaged due to a production error, the customer may return it. However, the issue must be verified by the delivery person in coordination with our Sales team.
  3. Incorrect Product: If a customer receives the wrong product, they are entitled to return the parcel.
  4. Dissatisfaction with Product Quality: If a customer is not satisfied with the quality of the purchased product, they may return it with the assistance of the delivery person.
  5. Fraudulent or Dangerous Behavior: If a customer is deemed to be engaging in fraudulent or dangerous behavior that could harm Foxy Lifestyle or its partners, we reserve the right to immediately return the products to our facility.

Automatic Return to Facility:

  1. Customer Unavailability: If the customer is unavailable at the specified location, the order will be automatically returned to our facility. No refunds will be issued in this case. However, upon request, the customer may have the delivery location changed.
  2. Delayed Delivery: If a customer delays accepting the delivery for more than three days, the order will be returned to our facility. No delivery charge refunds will be provided. Customers may request a new delivery within two days of the cancellation without being charged for the items again. If the request is not made within this timeframe, the customer must place a new order.
  3. Order Cancellation During Delivery: If a customer cancels an order while it is in transit, no refunds will be issued.

Future Orders and Return Policy:

  • Advance Payment Requirement: If a customer returns any product, future orders from Foxy Lifestyle will require an advance payment of 20% to 50%.
  • Frequent Returns: If a customer returns more than two orders, they will be required to pay 100% upfront for next 3 future purchases.

    • No refunds will be issued for orders that are automatically returned due to customer unavailability, delayed delivery, or cancellation during the delivery process.

Refund Policy for Future Orders:

    • If a customer is required to make an advance payment for a future order and subsequently returns the order, the advance payment amount will not be refunded.

    3. Incorrect Products: If the product received is not the one ordered, customers can apply for an exchange.

Ineligible for Exchange:

  1. Dissatisfaction with Product Quality: Products cannot be exchanged if the customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the purchased product.
  2. Fraudulent or Dangerous Behavior: No exchanges will be allowed for customers identified as engaging in fraudulent or dangerous behavior.
  3. Automatic Returns: Orders that are automatically returned due to customer unavailability, delayed delivery, or cancellation during the delivery process are not eligible for exchange.
  4. Future Orders with Returns: Customers who have returned items from previous orders will not be eligible for exchanges on future orders, except if those future orders fall under the conditions of receiving a wrong variant, damaged product, or incorrect product.
