Partnered Marketplace Orders:

  • Orders from our partnered marketplaces will be delivered according to the respective marketplace’s delivery terms and conditions.

Delivery Timeframes:

  1. Standard Delivery:
    • Standard deliveries typically take 3 to 5 days.
    • In rare cases or due to unusual circumstances, delivery can take up to a maximum of 7 days.
  2. Partnered Marketplace Deliveries:
    • Deliveries of partnered marketplace orders can take 5 to 10 days or according to their specified delivery timeframe.

Dispatch Notification:

  • Once your product has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a notification via message or email. Additionally, the assigned delivery partner will also send a notification via message or email.

Tracking Your Parcel:

  • You can track your parcel using the tracking link provided by the assigned delivery partner. Please check your message or email inbox for updates from the delivery partner.

Order Pickup:

  • If you prefer to pick up your order, please book through our Sales Team.
  • You can pick up your parcel from our location within the specified time frame.
  • We will hold parcels for pickup for a maximum of 5 days. After this period, unclaimed parcels may be returned to our inventory.

At Foxy Lifestyle, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to cancel your order. To facilitate this process, we have outlined our cancellation policy to ensure transparency and a smooth experience for our customers:

Cancellation Conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Cancellation:
    • Orders can only be canceled if the product has not yet been dispatched for delivery.
    • Once the order is in transit, cancellation will no longer be possible. You will receive a message or email notification to your provided contact details when your order has been dispatched and is on its way.
  2. Cancellation During Transit:
    • If you attempt to cancel an order while it is already in transit, the request will be treated as a return, and the return policy will apply.
  3. Refund for Cancellations:
    • If you successfully cancel your order before it is dispatched for delivery, a full refund will be processed for the amount paid, including any delivery charges.
  4. Cancellation Request Process:
    • To initiate a cancellation, you must contact our Sales Team and provide a reason for your cancellation request.
    • Our Sales Team will process your cancellation within 12 to 24 hours of receiving your request.
